Digital tools for your practice, research or teaching
You may be looking for a resource to explore with someone, a tool to study, or a way to develop an exercise of your own. I work with therapists, researchers and organisations on tools for understanding emotions, behaviour and relationships.

Explore a tool for your work
The public tools include guided reflections on people pleasing, comparisons of what happens after an apology, and descriptions of care and control. You can explore them without an account and share links to the original pages.
If you want to use material in paid work, adapt an exercise, reproduce it or embed it in another resource, tell me what you have in mind. We can discuss the intended use and permissions.

Send me the tool’s name or link, who you work with and how you would like to use it.
Discuss using a toolHelp study a selected TEG-Blue tool
I am looking for therapists and researchers interested in studying how people understand and use selected tools, and what evidence would be needed to assess their validity for a particular purpose.
A question we could start with
Am I Kind—or Am I People-Pleasing? asks readers to consider one relationship through six prompts. Do they understand the descriptions as intended, and can they explain how the wording relates to that context?
That could be a starting point for investigating comprehension. Questions about validity or effectiveness would need their own study design and evidence.
What we could each contribute
I can explain the tool’s structure, wording and design choices, and develop revisions. You might bring experience with a relevant group, research methods or the topic itself.
We would agree the question, methods, responsibilities and any participant involvement together. This is an invitation to develop a study.
Discuss a research collaborationAn initial question is enough. Tell me which tool interests you and how it connects to your work.
Turn an exercise or explanation into a digital tool
You may already use an exercise with clients, teach a distinction, or have research you want people to explore. I can work with you on the structure, wording, visual design and digital development.
You bring the subject knowledge and source material. Together we decide what people should be able to do with it and how to present it accurately.
- Define the purpose. Identify the audience, the question and the material we can use.
- Develop a prototype. Make the wording and interaction concrete enough to review together.
- Build and review. Develop the resource and check how it works on phones and computers.
Before development, we agree the scope, cost, timing, rights, data handling and arrangements for hosting and maintenance.

Tell me who it is for and what you want it to help them understand or do. A short description or an example you already use is enough to begin.
Tell me about your toolEl Gradiente: work with institutions
I am developing El Gradiente with Dr Martha Alicia Tronco Rosas. The guide describes 64 patterns of harm in English and Spanish.
Our shared aim is to provide institutions, governments and companies with digital tools that help people understand patterns of violence and support work to prevent it.
