How I got here
I spent more than twenty years working in visual communication. I began in television and advertising in Barcelona, then worked at production companies in Mexico. I later became Creative Director at Bloomberg in Singapore and co-founded a motorcycle travel agency in Germany.
I now work independently with small businesses and organizations. I review existing websites, spend a day repairing specific problems, or write, design and build new websites in English, Spanish or both languages.
A new website includes the page structure, text, design, development and the panel used to update it. The finished work belongs to the business.
Alongside client work I built TEG-Blue, an independent framework and set of public tools — the part of my work that brings together visual communication, systems thinking, research, writing and software development.
What that means for you
- One person writes the words, designs the pages and builds them.
- Nothing is handed between a copywriter, a designer and a developer.
The finished work belongs to the business — the code, the content, and the panel used to update it.
