A few lines about what you need, and I will reply within two business days. Your name, the business and the website address, if you have one, are everything else I need.
I first read what you need and reply to confirm whether I can help, what work would make sense, what it would cost and when I could do it. Work begins once you accept the proposal and make the payment. Sending the form does not start an assessment.
If you book an assessment, you receive the complete findings in writing. You can then keep that document, book a day of repairs or ask me for a proposal for a larger piece of work. If you commission that work within the following 90 days, I deduct the amount you paid for the assessment from the quoted price.
