How I work

Four steps, each one small enough to stop after. Nothing here commits you to the next thing.

The steps
01

The review. I read your site and write down what I find. You receive the full document, and it is yours whatever you decide next.

02

A proposal, with prices. What I would do, in what order, and what each part costs. Written so that it can be forwarded to someone else and still make sense.

03

A short first phase. The fixes that can be made now, on the platform you already have. You see how I work on something small before deciding anything large.

04

The site. If a new site is the right answer — and it is not always the right answer — it is scoped, priced and agreed before it begins.

Two commitments

Before offering an opinion on a site, I ask who currently looks after it. Someone usually does, and the review is about the site, not about them.

The code and the content belong to you. When the work ends, everything is handed over and nothing is retained. Leaving should always be easy — that is what makes staying a decision.

Pricing is published. When you are ready, write to me.
